Venture Spirit offers a brand new managed service to boost innovation and entrepreneurship in large organizations. This allows Venture Spirit to be a major contributor in the innovation strategy of companies active all over the world. Currently, our company is internationalizing and scaling up. We are looking for a “Junior Operational IT Responsible” with the following profile.
Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in informatics, IT, computer science or related field.
- No work experience is required
- Any relevant practical experience is an asset
Skills:
- IT skills : VBA, scripting language, Linux LAMP server (basic knowledge)
- IT Tools : Office, SVN, (S)FTP/ SSH tool
- Design and graphical skills are an asset (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch or in French and English is an asset.
Attitude:
You are well structured and organized and you have strong analytical skills. You are able to work independently and in team. As we are working directly for important international companies, you are customer minded and flexible.
In your day to day activities, you like to take ownership and you have a self-learning attitude.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a “Junior Operational IT Responsible”, you will have the following responsibilities:
- High level customization, deployment and maintenance of our online applications
- Design & Adaptation of reporting/analysis tools
- IT support of running projects (day to day operations of the infrastructure & business continuity)
- Testing of new versions of our online applications
- Maintenance of our IT infrastructure (NAS server, mailbox, website CMS, …)
- Design of graphical element (logo, poster, webpage, film) for our clients
- Directly reporting to the Operations and R&D Manager
