Venture Spirit offers a brand new managed service to boost innovation and entrepreneurship in large organizations. This allows Venture Spirit to be a major contributor in the innovation strategy of companies active all over the world. Currently, our company is internationalizing and scaling up. We are looking for a “Customer Service Agent” with the following profile.
Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in communication or office management or equivalent
- No work experience is required
- Any relevant practical experience is an asset
Skills:
- You have strong written and spoken proficiency in Dutch, French and English
- You have excellent reporting skills
- You have a good knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
Attitude:
You are well structured and organized and you have strong communication skills. You are able to work independently and in team. As we are working directly for important international companies, you are punctual and customer oriented.
In your day to day activities, you are flexible, reactive and you have a self-learning attitude.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a “Customer Service Agent”, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of client projects
- Support of users (by mail or phone)
- Write newsletter and other communication material
- Basic backend management of online application
- Directly reporting to the Operations and R&D Manager
